"5/5 if I could I would give it a 10/5 I have never been disappointed if anything the opposite. The kind ladies Kelly and Tammy are so nice and so beyond helpful. I’m just a 22 year old and a lot of this is new and scary such as claim filing or life insurance, however these ladies talk to me as if I’m a friend and truly help me understand what I’m signing up for or getting involved with. In addition they respond so fast, and always finish things in a timely manner. One thing I do have to say that stood out was how much they care! I have received texts or phone calls just to make sure I got everything squared away and am doing okay, they truly go above and beyond."

"If you need a State Farm agent in the Sacramento area, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office!!! Each State Farm Insurance office is an independent business therefore it is IMPORTANT for policy holders to have their accounts handled by firms they can trust and ones with a good record for customer support. I am managing my mother’s insurance policies. In 2023, her policies were transferred to Ryan Maguire’s office after an excellent broker retired. Tami has been the support person for my mother's policies. Tami has consistently performed a thorough job in researching and responding to all of our questions and requests. She keeps us informed and responds in a timely manner. In fact, she recently identified an area where my mother’s and my policies weren’t providing the coverage we had expected for a mutually owned property in So. California. Tami uncovered the liability coverage gap by researching State Farm PLUP rules and by having discussions with the California underwriters. Tami’s research helped us understand there was a problem and we took the steps to ensure adequate coverage was in place. We are very, very pleased and grateful for Tami’s support!!!"
