Shortly after signing on with State Farm I received a personal text message from the account manager, Kelly. She welcomed me to State Farm and answered some questions for me through text. It was extremely convenient for me. I was at work at the time and had just a couple of minutes to spare.
Kelli eased my mind and addressed my concerns in just a couple of minutes, and she did it in such a way that it felt more like texting with a friend instead of an account Manager.
